General Specs
Marine switch/fuse/circuit-breaker equipment is expensive. Circuit breakers are nice, but I'm fine with fuses as long as they aren't glass which take up space.
I'm thinking of combining a basic switch block (could be pre-made) with automotive style fuse blocks with ATO/ATC/APR fuses (the square plastic tab).
Lastly I am considering using old-school telecom cable lacing in place of cable ties. Not only is it knot-based, but looks cleaner and doesn't cut hands open.
DIN Rails
Could DIN rails be used for circuit protection, distribution, and possibly relays for switches?

Should I call it a Power ID (PID)? :)
