Deck
- Strip paint
- Strip varnish from coach-roof
- Remove/chip-out rot, replace with closed cell foam
- Fair and fillet deck, coach-roof
- Fillet deck to coach-roof joints, deck to coaming joints
- Look at owner supplied S-1 sealer. Coat deck if recommended.
- Epoxy fill hardware fastener holes
- Epoxy fill engine control locations (next to tiller), controls not to be re-installed
- Two layers of FRP, sand, fair
- Fillet coach-roof to deck joint and deck to toe-rail
- Paint deck (cream)
- Sand varnish, Paint over coach-roof teak (cream)
- Sand varnish, Paint toe-rail (black)
- Sand and re-varnish coaming around cockpit area
- Install new self-tailing winches
Hardware Re-Install
- All through-bolted hardware to be installed with fitted backing plates
- Stantion bases and stantions
- Hawse-pipe
- Pulpits
- Tiller arm, base and rudder
- Do not use 3M 5200
Bottom
- Two coats of ablative bottom paint
