  * Strip paint
  * Strip varnish from coach-roof
  * Remove/chip-out rot, replace with closed cell foam
  * Fair and fillet deck, coach-roof
  * Fillet deck to coach-roof joints, deck to coaming joints
  * Look at owner supplied S-1 sealer.  Coat deck if recommended.
  * Epoxy fill hardware fastener holes
  * Epoxy fill engine control locations (next to tiller), controls not to be re-installed
  * Two layers of FRP, sand, fair
  * Fillet coach-roof to deck joint and deck to toe-rail
  * Paint deck (cream)
  * Sand varnish, Paint over coach-roof teak (cream)
  * Sand varnish, Paint toe-rail (black)
  * Sand and re-varnish coaming around cockpit area
  * Install new self-tailing winches

====== Hardware Re-Install ======
  * All through-bolted hardware to be installed with fitted backing plates
  * Stantion bases and stantions
  * Hawse-pipe
  * Pulpits
  * Tiller arm, base and rudder
  * Do not use 3M 5200

====== Bottom ======
  * Two coats of ablative bottom paint
